This EPP Roller is made from Expanded Polypropylene (EPP), and is one of AOK’s ‘firmest’ rollers (firmer than the physioRoll). With a 15cm diameter, the EPP Roller is particularly good for working fascial tightness in the legs and gluteal muscles. Recommended for experienced roller users. NOTE: In general the firmer the roller, the more pressure you can apply to your soft tissue leading to greater initial discomfort.
